About the Department


The Department of Cardiology is dedicated to the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of diseases affecting the heart and cardiovascular system. The department provides comprehensive care for patients with coronary artery disease, heart failure, arrhythmias, hypertension, and other cardiac conditions. It offers high-quality clinical education and hands-on training to undergraduate medical students through outpatient clinics, inpatient services, and emergency cardiac care. Students gain practical experience in cardiovascular examination, electrocardiography (ECG), and the management of common cardiac disorders. The department promotes evidence-based practice, research, and continuous professional development to advance cardiovascular medicine.
